Best Tyre Gel & Also Under arch cleaner?

As above please, want a real good long lasting black sticky gloss for the tyres, and also need something to clean out the stuck on years old shat under my arches-as now the car is high on H&R's you can see the dirt under the arches and it looks gash! Thanks

Tried Autoglym's and doesn't really last long, much prefer Meguiars Endurance stuff.
