Best way to clean rear arches?

As above please, I have used a jet wash to clean under the rear arches as best I can but I find there is a bit of a lip around the arch which is quite difficult to reach. Any methods or tools that I should be using?

Fingers work best dig out the debris and blast with the jet wash as you go
