Best way to clean seats

Hello again guys,
after having to deal with the ever so famous leaking sunroof my drivers seat has been left with a nasty looking water stain on, would the best option for me to clean it be just removing them and jet washing them and leave them to dry for the 2 weeks I am in turkey, if not does anybody know any products which will remove this

All Purpose Cleaner? give them a good scrub
