Big 200 problems

So the flexi on my 200 manifold completely snapped today and set the heat shield in the engine bay on fire, the brake pedal has seized solid, I presume this has melted the brake lines or something? When I put the new toyosport mani on will I have to replace the heat shield or will wrapping the manifold be enough?

It has probably melted the vacuum pipe.

Unplug it from the master cylinder and you'll here it "hisss" then your brake pedal will kind of return (all be it without servo assistance).

those toyosport manifolds are crap, they hit the subframe too
