Big Filter, More Noise ?

Well ive got a shitty K&N on right now. Its kinda loud, but seems kinda restrictive at low revs, more so than with an air filter box on.

So firstly, any good universal 65mm filters available ?

Secondly, bigger filter, more noise, and less power ?

And Smaller Filter, less Nopise and mroe power ?

Or doesnt it matyter?

Open filter, less power, more noise.

Closed airbox, little bit more noise, not much power gains for the money, looks pretty in engine bay.

Panel filter, slight increase in power, no noise difference.
