binding disks and pads, should warranty cover this?

Some of my mates think it should be covered under warranty because there must be a problem with seized caliper

Should this be covered?

whats the mileage? the pads worn to the extent that the disc is cathcing them and they aint releasing freely into the caliper?

well mine reached 70% worn by 24k miles and started to drag a bit, get a little binding when reversing.

so i bought some new pads today.

get them cleaned and copper slipped, see if it helps?
 
I'd give up trying to agrue with a garage some dealershipos may be willing to help.
You can just do it yourself its not difficult.

it took biffins_bridge 4 weeks to get warrenty brakes from renault. as he has problems and had warped disks which damaged pads. got a full set of disks and pads all round in the end. after threating to canx the hpi as the car was unsafe

^^ aye but ad's was abit different as he had only done 4k since buying it from a renault dealer.

i met a dude in the garage with a 182 who had all calipers and discs replaced on his 182 under warranty now u mention it. might be a known fault

iv got new disks and pads now anyways, just was going to see if i could get them to fit em for free

probably going to attempt fitign myself now
