utorrent... getting much better speeds than anything else. on 2mb tiscali and was getting a download rate of 182k/b's which was pretty good.

I thought as long as you owned the games it was leagle?? Isnt that what UK Law states or has it been changed?

Illegal mate, they're trying to change the law with regard to CD's in that if you own a CD you should be legally allowed to make a back-up of that media for your own use.

Currently stands that if you own a CD and you make a copy of it (for the car for example) you have broken the law.

It's just another example of our draconian antique laws.

Just allows your client to communicate with the 'swarm' via setting your router to forward traffic sent/received on one specific port.

Set Utorrent to 45292 or something random, 5 digits under 50,000.

Cheers, Is there any other tweaks that can be made?

Im getting 35k-40k at the minute

I think I set it as though Im on a 10mb connection as I was only getting 20k before.

Sorted. I got upto 230kb/s in the end. I wish id found utorrent sooner.
