What kind of time were you on Essex Reg Way? I was heading into chelmsford and saw a black RS Clio heading away from Chelmsford,

Actually dont think it was me now! lol Is essex reg way the road to braintree way? Or the dual carriageway from army & navy roundabout? Thats Essex something way too. I was on the dual carriageway from roundabout about 4pm kind of time.
