Black lines when watching TV on Windows Media Center?

Anyone know how to fix it?

Is it just bad tv signal?

I had that IIRC. Re-installed shizzle I think, but can't quite remember.

Actually, it may have been a mates. Hmm not sure now.

The whole shim, which was fine as I'd re-formatted anyway.

Thought i had fixed it but i haven't. Grrr stupid thing. The program that came with tehe tuner works fine but i want to use this as it looks better and is just easier but it's not working! Getting angry! aaahhh
