you can get nut covers of ebay for them just pull off and push on

Yeah that's what I was looking at, but £14 for some covers?

I thought some nice solid new black bolts wouldn't be much more.

nut covers are the best option. painted ones will scratch off.

Those are what I want, but they only have 17mm heads, mine are 19mm.

Will these be ok??

Well that depends, do you have a 17mm socket on your wheel wrench? Cus I don't think the 19 would fit
