Blackcircles.com discount code - how do I use it?

As above really.

Trying to figure out what tyres to buy and where from, so went to discount section. I copied the discount code for Blackcircles.com, went to their site and made a choice. Wanted to know total price, went to 'MY BASKET', pasted code into promotional code box and tried clicking on first 'GO' and then 'Update Basket' - produced message 'Promotion code is not applied to the basket' and the price hadn't changed.

It's quite possible that I'm just being dim - has anyone used it successfully and if so how?

Irrespective, anyone know what the discount is that cliosport members can get?
