Bleeding calipers, one not working

I've fitted some wilwood 4pots to my Clio. All lines are tight and all calipers have been bled front and rear. Front os is fine, ns doesn't seem to work. Fluid comes through all nipples when undone, but once tightened up the pistons don't move the pads onto the disc and I have slack pedal feel. Any help would be appreciated.
