I only want one 4gb stick of 1066 DDR3 (Laptop PC8500)

I'd rather not buy 4gb in the form of 2 x 2GB sticks. (£70 ish)

Anyone know where this might be reasonably priced?

As has been said most laptops and mobos are Dual Channel these days. Unless there is a reason for a single stick? As Gareth pointed out single sticks are far more expensive.

Try the usual suspects crucial, Ebuyer, Overclockers, Micro Direct, Scan. But to be honest they are likely to all be the same sort of price give or take a quid or two!
