Blowing zorst!

Hey all

over the last few weeks my standard zorst has developed a deep throaty sound ;) I was just wondering if theres any techhy way of depicting wether its starting to blow or not? Ive looked for holes to no avail, so im guessing its the flanges? By the way, could the baffler effect this? as im getting some zorst knocking noises so was thinking to two could be realted?

Thanks all
Dazz

Switch it on and hold a rag over the end of the zorst (block it) If theres any leaks youll hear it. If the engine stalls, no leaks. If its not leaking it could be that the baffles are shot.

on cold mornings you can check quite easy, start engine and look for any little jets of vapour coming out anywhere it shouldnt
