blown exhuast cause power loss?

Say my centre section was split front and back on the box enough that I can feel the hot air come out cause a loss of power ?

I never even noticed was up on ramp and my pal noticed he reckon it's been like that for a while looks like damage from speed bumps,

Car feels great especially after being mapped, hopefully will feel even better once it's fixed
