Car  Not a Clio anymore.....
Spotted yesterday in Lanark. Not sure what road I was on but just down from some posh school, Grande-y-acre or something?
 
Saw an Arctic 182 today in Carluke with the last two digits of a private reg being JC or something. Could possibly be it?
 
It was a metallic '172 Cup' blue with silver wheels, it was turning off right as I spotted it so have no idea what the plate was.
