Blue V6 Forth Road Bridge/M9 Spur.

Spotted this morning about 11:10 on the M9 spur heading towards the bridge.

Couldn't see for the barrier. Was a young bloke though. Silver wheels with some white headphones in.

Just checked it on the camera and there was possibly two of them.
