anyone on here who has a blueflame exhaust fitted had problems with either the exhaust or blueflame?
I had mine just over a year and i noticed the last few months it started to blow a tiny bit and got worse and worse. its coming from the weld join where the centre box joins the pipe towards the back box (so rear end of centre box). my mate says its a cracked weld - i know F all about cars and all that technical stuff.
took it to another garage to see if they'd sort it quickly and they said theyd want £50 cos its a stainless weld so i went back to blueflame as i remembered they have this ace 'lifetime warranty'. They said they wouldnt fix it under warranty cos it would have been due to a dog bone mount that i had replaced ages ago which was recommended at a service.
The garage i went to before blueflame also noticed i had the mount replaced but said due to where the system has started to blow then it wouldnt be due to a loose mount anyway as it would more likely be blowing from the front section if that was the case.
blueflame do my head in, when i went in to tell them that my exhaust was blowing, the guy looked and talked to me like i just shot his mum or something. plus im still waiting for a call about my decat pipe i ordered over a year ago.
