Bluetooth GPS

I use my Co Pilot's unit. It's not affected by the Clios funny windscreen, but is generally a piece of sh1te.

  ex Clio 172 owner :(
Once mine's picked a satellite I can usually put it in the small shelf near my right knee.

More often it sits fine just below the small non uv window at the bottom of the windscreen.

Recently, I've bought an external aerial for it so that I can plumb that through from the wiper scuttle panel into the cars glovebox. Just got to get around to doing it.

  In between cars....
i have a Garmin Nuvi 360 T, its great, havent really had a good run with it where i dont know the roads but its some piece of kit

try looking for one with

SiRF II - Chipset

just look for how many satalites it can connect to, batterylife etc if yer bothered.

and just search for a review,

some cheaper ones dont update quick enough so makes yer positioning late .

Check out what sort of charging socket it requires...

...I made sure that the GPS I bought used the same socket as my phone, therefore I only need one car charger in my glovebox.

There's a good range at mobilefun.

I bought one for £30, which uses SiRF III & has a 14 hour battery life!
