Bluflame Rattling

Hi Guys,

Had a Bluflame Exhaust fitted to my 182 about 6 weeks ago. Over the last week or so though I've noticed a rattle when I park up. This only happens though once the engine is warm. It sounds fine first thing in the morning???

Anybody had a similar problem or have any suggestions as to what to look for in fixing this annoying noise?

Maybe worth getting it up ona ramp and checking it's tied down properly?

With the heat it's prob just expanding, hence the additional movement on the rubber bushes...Thats my theory anyway.

check its not catching on the heatshield anywhere [mine was].

check the rear hanger bush[es] not sure what they have on a 182 but on my 172 it was garbage, just not upto the job.

i cut the old one out and zip-tied in a halfords jobby!!
