BMC CDA and M.O.T

car going for MOT soon, so was wondering if anyone had any problems with getting an MOT with this induction kit on?

only concerned really because it says not for road use on the actual airbox

thanks, puts my mind at ease...dont need to rush into the loft to dig out the original airbox then
