That parks at the bottom of my street well about 300 yards away.
Not me mate, there's one more in Great Harwood, I never see it move to be honest, though it was just an ornament outside his house !!! :S
Good spot though, theres only that and mine... I hope !!!

Your right i've never seen it move. Although once I think it passed me on the motorway and flashed his hazards (unless it was you?)
