caught my bumper earlier on drive (next to wheel) about 3 inch and was swondering if anyone could recommend a bodyshop local. it does need spraying.

there's one on the main road between halifax and bradford thats good and cheap.

If thats not too far then i can give you the guys number, he's just resprayed my mates 300zx frontend and done a lovely job
