Bogging Down

Hey,

Lately in 1st/2nd gear my car has been bogging down a little, like spluttering then it kicks back into life.

Would it be the cold? Only started recently.
It's about 3/4 minutes into driving.

Sounds like a possible 02 sensor or connections to it.
