boot lock :(

well.... my little brother has broke my boot lock and the boot wont shut.

ive been to the scrap yard and changed the lock from another clio (same year)

now it shuts fine

only problem is the door warning light on the dash stays alight, and the alarm wont set properly because the car thinks the boots open.

i wired it up properly to a plug which was green and white wires.

any help and i would be very greatfull !!!!!
