Boot wont lock

When i try and lock my DCi with the key in the passanger door (only key slot) it doesnt lock the boot

Although having thought about it i havent checked that the drivers door locks

how do i get around this problem?

we're going to France via ferry soon and if i lock using the Key Fob like i normally would, the alarm will be set off by the movement of the ferry?

anyone know of a way around this?

Just let it go off?

I never even thought about it when i took mine on the ferry.

Lock the car from the inside. Open door. Lock using key. Ffs.

Rollo, yeah normally would just lock with the fob, but it a 10 hour ferry dont fancy getting to the other side and having no battery!
