Bored today...

So thought id try out my new invention, "the happy gilmour" lol

Cost: 49p for the bottle of sainsburys water, i used 2 capfuls of cherry shampoo from tesco which was £2.50 litre then filled with hot water, the end bit that goes in the pressure washer i found lying on the floor.

The results - was suprisingly impressed actually

Anyway then gave it a wash and was looking on my shelf and fancied trying AG Ultra Deep Shine. Have not used it for so long...so thought id give it another shot.

Applied with PC using the Blue pad it went on lovely. However when it came to buffing it off it was pretty much staying there lol. Was a right pain to get it all off. (the finish was good though when it did come off!) Apperently quite durable though

Was getting a little dark tbh so the final pic is crap but it did look pretty deep & i was impressed . But i can safely say i wont be using this polish again

I will get some decent pics up at some point of everything in good light - anyway enjoy lol

Theres a couple more things i want from CYC actually i will put another order in shortly but yeah i agree delievery will be extortionate lol when you wanna order that menz stuff let me know and well just get everything in bulk will be easier that way may work out ok then

BTW i ruined that menz pad polishing up a CD! Not as tough as i thought lol

Yeah that UDS is quite nasty to use lol i have never in my life used a sealent (more of a fan of waxes ease of use and all that) but i imagine its similar to that?

One of my mates did comment on the finish in the petrol station (there lights show every detail) and he was impressed, said it was looking its best it has been so looks/durability are good!

Ill get some snowfoam shampoo and see how that goes! It was just a bit of fun really wasnt meant to be serious but it did work okay & it is satisfying seeing the car covered in bubbles lol

Cant justify spending 45 quid on a foamer!

Thankyou lol I will do a major detail soon the paints still not quite as good as it could be but impossible to keep a daily driver perfect really (esp black)

Mines currently just under halfway through its detail, sat in the garage at the moment, started on 27th, spent about 4 hours a day on it minus one day where i spent 10 minutes then had to go out. I should get it all done for Sunday though.
