When i've checked out goodridge braided brake hoses for a mk2 172 , how come they are in a set of 4 ? I thought you would only need to change the front 2 hoses as the back are copper brakelines .
Any help would be much appreciated . Wheres the best best place to get em price wise .

Yup...

There are two rubber hoses at the rear, just beneath the axle.

(I've heard they're a pain to bleed, but I'm not sure if that's totally true)

Is it worth changing the rears then if the back brakes only do about 20 - 25 % of the braking ??

Probably not worth changing them but if your doing the front seems a waste of time not to do the back as well.
