when i got over 110mph (private road and all that) my service light and abs light come on never been any more then that. i stop, cools down and there off again. tonight was pulling up to some lights and the brake pedal had no play it was solid. soon as i applied pressure my abs was banging about trying to stop me pressing the pedal and again my lights lite up. 10 Min's later they was fine again! any ideas what it could be?

brake valve plays up now and again gives similar problems, or you have a faulty ABS system.
It worth changinging the fluid and checking brakes at least.

any help some one suggested abs control unit but thats like £500!! is there a common fault?
