brake fluid, power steering fluid. help please?

hi, checked my brake and power steering levels and they are closer to the minimum that to the maximum, does it need topping up yet and will there be any difference in the steering and braking if i top the levels up to maximum

also what brake fluid do i need ive got a mk2 ph1 1.2 it doesnt say in the manual.

Low brake fluid is because the pads are worn and need changing, Give them a check first before topping it up.

ye the pads are worn slightly but still got loads left in them, i was gonna top it up but when i have new pads it it will be over the max level
