  Lionel Richie
it should be fine if its only just started coming on, but get it looked at ASAP and don't do a track day on it!

That's good its only come on once last night when i was on a very steep hill and hasn't since so will look at it when i get back cheers fred

I checked my brake pad by looking though the wheel and all the outside pads look fine. Does anyone think that the inside pad will be more worn than the outside ones just haven't got round to taking the wheel off i read the post by Dave about the 172/182 being low on the first service so that would mean that it wasn't topped up fully from new then only a little bit of wear would bring the light on is this right

cheer matt:D

They cna wear more on one side if the calipers sliders are stuck as they can be.

The low fluid level is supposed to indicate when new pads are needed when the levels low pads are worn. and the warning light goes off.

Cheers Will get the wheels of on the weekend and have a look.
There looks to be load of the pad left when i look through the wheel and i have only done 8500 on them
