If u have seen green ones then there prob "GREEN STUFF" pads. I think they are slightly better than standard. To really improve braking you can go for Mintex pads either 1144's or 1155's but these are usually for trackdays and are around £70 for a pair not cheap. But green stuff i believe are better than standard.
Hopefully someone else will be along to confirm or tell me am talking rubbish lol
Do not get Green Stuff pads. I found them to be worse the standard pads. Even cheap Ferodos are better.
What sort of driving are you going to be doing?
I would stick with stock ones (or similar aftermarket).
If you like to drive fast and do the odd track day like me then I would recommend Mintex extremes. They're a good comprimise. So much better than Green Stuff.
Stock FDB845 from Halfords are the ones you want there £17.99 there fine for 99% of track day etc use otherwise chnage for DS2500's for £60 thats all you'd ever need.,
Stock brakes on the car are superb way more than you realy ever need.
