brake pedal question

Hiya guys and girls, havent been around for ages, finally got my 172, and i been driving it with a smile on my face, lol. Anyway, my brake pedal seems to be letting an air noise out everytime i push it down, just wanted to know if this is normal as i havent noticed it before, thanks in advance.

mine makes a "whooshing" noise when i stamp on it hard.

nope, I havent heard this. I have only had mine a few days, but this sounds like theres a leak or something.

perfectly normal in a hydraulic system. What you are hearing is a change in fluid flow through the system
