Brake squeal

Fitted a set of HC Brembo Discs and DS2500 pads a couple of months ago and to start with I was getting a squeal from the brakes, after copper slipping and removing a little of the material from the metal backing plates I managed to eliminate the squeal.

Coming home from work today and yesterday I was getting the squeal again, thing is they're squealing while the brakes aren't being applied and it's when the brakes have got warm. To me it's signs of a sticking caliper, I've stripped the caliper and cleaned/greased the slider pins but I'm still getting the squeal from the driver's side caliper. Also the squeal comes when I'm roughly doing 20mph, if I go above that speed the squeal goes away, I presume that's the engine and exhaust noises drowning it out.

Anyone else have any other suggestions?

Is it clearing the inner pad ?

I've had squeal before (Brembo's - they are known for it) they'd do it from about 10 mph to stop nothing cured it ! Even 'anti rattle shims' didn't work, plus copper grease only prevented it for a short while.

Mine's actually squealing while the brakes aren't being applied :S That's why I think the caliper isn't decompressing enough and the pad is still touching the disc.

To be honest after reading a few posts in other threads it maybe symptoms of a failing wheel bearing. The noise becomes more noticeable and high pitched when I turn right and when I had the car in the air there seemed to slight movement in the wheel when I tugged at it.
