I was at brands for a full day yesterday too. Car did 150 odd laps

Why you moving your hands on the wheel so much? Keep them at 10 and 2

And try leaving it in 4th for paddock, really you only need to use 3rd and 4th. 1 gear change per lap.

When watching back I couldn't believe how much I fidget! Lol.

Thanks though. I'll bare that in mind. There's a few times when i think do I really need to chance down here, like paddock and the corner after. Then other times when I think is it really worth changing up, like to 4th before Clarke curve and to 5th on the straight.

I've got no idea Jon. To be honest I wasn't really trying for lap times, and wasn't pushing as much as I could have done either. Just having fun

See how early I come off the throttle and just drift into paddock for example.

I have no idea what would even be a good lap time to try and match. Maybe I'll try next time i'm there.
