Brembos sqeek on 197?

My brembos are really squeeking bad on the 197 mostly when your driving in a traight line then stops when you turn. but sometimes it dosnt do it then suddenyl it will do it then suddenyl stop does anyone know what this could be its going to renault soon.

all brembos have a habbit of squeeking have issues on evos and scoobs too and my valver lol

Not as bad as mine my mates got a 197 f1 and his are fine mine squeek on and of really f**king loud for ages sometimes then suddenly stop then goes to the other side and going through a town centre is embaressing because its so loud

Mines gone in twice for a strip down clean and rebuild.... still does it lol and only comes from the N/S caliper... I've given up now

Mine have done it on previous cars, meh tbh

Strip them down, proper clean up of ALL contact surfaces, rough up pads, copper slip/ refit, done. Not hard tbh

well only had the car just over 2 weeks now and the day after i got it it started and is really loud at times and with the window down when its sunny its just annoying cuz u cna hear it over ur music. so of back to the garage i got it from they can do it lol

strip mine down every year and had no squeeling - bit of copperslip in the right place

now running ds at the rear and ds2500 in the front with 2 part discs

Well ill take it back to the renault garage this week and get them to do it all for me
