Broken aerial! please help

Hi i recently bought my clio and it had a richbrook aerial however i had no reception i tried removing it but i think i have ripped out the threaded bit.
how do i remove repace it?
can i fix what i already have?

i have removed a bit of the headlining and have to undo the 21mm nut is there any wires that need to be unplugged or will it come out from the top?

Are you sure the aerial hasn't come out the back of the headunit?
