Broken noise! need help!

Got a loud thowmping sound coming from front right kind like a flat tyre noise. Tried changing discs and pads the other day and couldn't get the pad retention pins out. Could I have warped the disc or buggered the wheel bearing using a hammer on pins?

Any help advice would be muchly appreciated

if its a rumbling grating sound then its possibly bearings ,but only if youve really been bashing its head in.
