Broken Passenger Air Vent Slats

The slats are broken on passenger air vent on my clio.

Is there anyway I can replace them? Does the dealer sell the slats?

I read that the passenger air vent is part of the dash, is this correct?

Go to a scrapyard mate and try and force one off another dash, if you cant do that , you'll need a whole new dashtop.They come complete.
