you can opt into it and it makes you bt home hub accessible to other members so they can surf the internet from your connection and in return you get to surf other peoples hubs that have also opted in. You also get unlimited bt openzone minutes and can log on to other fon members abroad.
Seems like a rather cool idea, especially as i don't use the home hub so i can opt in, get all the benefits but not get people accessing my internet as i don't have one.
Its secure, they get a 512KB connection and its sort of vlan'd off from the owners traffic, who get priority etc.
