BT: The most disorganised company in the world...

  1995 Mondeo Speed Machine
...Ever?

Has anyone ever know them to get something right first time??? I'm starting to wonder whether I just have bad luck with them or if they are in fact just completely f**king incompetant for everyone? It doesn't matter what you ask of them, you can guarantee without fail that they'll find some way of cocking things up....

Haha i have to deal with BT engineers every day - i have 6 or 7 that i work with maintaining our Jaguar/landrover sites - the engineers are ok, its the shite behind it that sucks hehe

I have lost count of the times I've had to talk a technophob through fixing something at one of our sites because the BT engineer has pulled something out of the comms equipment he shouldn't have!

Couldn't agree more. Some of the BT engineers we've had have been true :star: - they've got us out of the brown stuff very quickly. Like you said Bubbles, its the background processes that grind everything to a halt. Made worse by the fact that each process is in itself a 10-stage process and MUST be completed in order - even for the most simplest of jobs.
