Good effort, I know naff all about motorsport photography and how to take good pics - but my favorite images are always the ones that convey movement, like this:
Id like to see the real compositions. You often re-comp your picture in post which says your not taking composition into consideration when taking your pics
Its part of modern photography, particularly when you really need more focal length than your camera/lens can provide. Which i suspect was the case here.
My lens is only a 55-200mm, and my other lens is the kit one so I have to make do with what I have Often this means cropping. Sometimes I do it just because It de-clutters a background or w/e though.
For example, the one of the white cup moving that has been re-quoted. I removed the top and the bottom of the picture to focus your eye on the car.
These are really good dude, obviously got the eye for it!
Hard to say whether the crops are a good idea or not, I tend to try and keep the same aspect ratio for all photos, but at the end of the day these look good and it's probably what would happen to them if they were published anyway.
