Bucket seat HELP!

Hi guys, i have a problem, i got sparco bucket and i want to install it, but i dont know what are the wires under the factory seat, and what to do with them when i cut them off! Does anyone know something? Also, somebody already done some rewireing and i dont think that everything is how it was from factory and on the 3th picture 2 wires are not connected at all.
