Bucket seat info

Hey!! I've searched the forums but not really found the answer
Currently have a seat of tread lines which are okay but don't want to ruin them with harnesses and not the best for track!


1. How do people get round the seatbelt alarm when running harness?

2. Are you able to put a standard seatbelt clasp on the omp subframes to use the seatbelt say on a long drive

You can use a resistor to disable airbag sensors under standard seats when fitting anything without an airbag.

Or I believe you can go to a specialist who will reprog the airbag ecu to not look for them.

Not sure about the seatbelts with tensioners, but I have two 106 rear seatbelt clips which i was going to use to clip up with when fitting a bucket. Didn't get as far as looking into if the pretensioners generated a warning at all.
