Buckets Seats

[low 16v]

Im looking at getting a set and i wondered if some1 has fitted them?

Do you need new sub frames or will the standard running do?

How much hard work is it? ill do it my self but should i gear my self up for grief?

There going in a 16valve phase1

ill have to look them up n see what they look like, but ill ask nutter how easy they r to fit cheers mate.
