Hi
i am looking to get a bucket seat
How do you know what is road legal? (is this one Item number: 170569430166 road legal?)
Am i correct in saying that a FIA spproved seat only is allowed to be used for track days etc for 5 years?
Any recommendations for around £150?

£150? I think you'll struggle to get an FIA seat with runners and sidemounts for that.

Have a look on www.sportseats4u.co.uk

They have budget seats but I doubt they're fia. The do sell sparco and (excuse spelling) but corbeau seats which are normally very reasonable!

Any seat is road legal as long as its fitted correctly.
FIA is only applicable if you are using the car for motorsport, track days dont require it.

£150 will get you something pretty good 2nd hand tbh. Just remember as well as a seat, you'll need side mounts & a suitable subframe.

no i just want the seat, not the runners etc. i would like to know what is road legal or are they all? i know that not all are FIA approved but are they still road legal
