Bulb Rubber Cap

I changed my sidelights today and when i changed drivers side there was no rubber seal cap to cover connection dont know how long its been like it as only had car a week should i get it covered asap or will it be ok untill i can some how get something to replace it?

Should try get it covered asap just put a temperory cover of it for the moment
