Bump strip Removal

Hi, just wondering how to remove the bump strips off the side of the clio, mk2 I know the 16v signs just pop off but I didnt know if the bump strips did, didnt want to just pull em I was scared of breakin em

they are held in with clips, you may break a few but they are easy and chaep to replace

there is a tab you have to release from under neath then they just slide off

thanks lads, I just didnt know whether I could take em off or whether I had to leave em on for spraying

One last thing, do I have to take the door panels off to get to this clip as I dont see how I can get to it otherwise

the one on the front door slides towards the back of the car, cant remember there being clip. the e slides to the front i think, again no clips.

at the end of the strip whee they both meet u push a flat head screwdriver up the small gap and slide it back.
