hey all,

got bumped yesturday by a golf, damage isnt to bad, but i was in a rush so i just got the car reg, drivers name, address, home n mob number... was just me and my mate and he had two women in his car... but was wondering is there any chance he could deny it and get away without paying up ? as theres no independant witnesses...

Thats why i keep that accident management pack that Renault sent me in the car, the cameras probably sh*tty but my only proper camera is a digital slr and thats a right pain in the arse to lug around everywhere, evidence is everything!! If he denies it get straight onto the police, hell poop himself probably if they turn up on his doorstep.
