Bumper inserts how do they fit? Carbon Badges?

How do the inserts fit in? Ive seen them on ebay, I was wondering if I could just buy them and colour code them myself instead of having to take mine off and get them done.
Do is it that same with front and rear black inserts?
I also wanted to do a set of carbon badges, as anyone done them already?

done the badges best bet is to buy carbon film and stick that on, as its too detailed to use real carbon weave and resin it on.

you can buy the inserts and put them on as they only push into the bodywork so you can prise them out, but the back needs the bumper removing to ideally to get at all the clips.
